Telling Your Story

Cooking concept. Ingredients and kitchen tools with the old blank recipe book

The benefits of narratives are widely recognized.  What we seek to do is to present your story to a greater audience of women and the families they love, and also provide a thorough set of stories as a source for future research.  As people seek to nourish their families and look to others for support, our mission is to establish a platform for revealing what is working in the area of ancestral diet and health.  We believe that ancestral, or traditional diets can bring back a generation of resilient, thriving and healthy children.

Growing Success Stories is collecting narratives as part of an ongoing research project and would love to hear yours. We would like to know a bit about you and your lived experience following the nutrient dense diet as practiced by traditional peoples.  It is important we receive a balanced view so if you’ve found a real food diet has not helped in certain circumstances, or at all, then we’d like to hear from you too.

We would like to know what keeps you going. Where do you draw support from? What motivates you to continue? Names or contact details will not be made public without your permission, and you can tell us your story anonymously if you would prefer.

As an early example of the type of stories we’re receiving, try reading this.

We have a private Facebook page for all of us who have shared stories.  Here you can connect with others around the globe who may share experiences, and we’ll send group updates periodically as our project progresses.  Thank you in advance for your participation!
